Teacher Training

The South African Suzuki Association is pleased to offer Suzuki Teacher Training to violinists and cellists. Our Teacher Trainers, Christophe Bossuat (violin), Karen-Michele Kimmett (violin), Lee Marais (violin) and Ruben Rivera (cello) are Teacher Trainers for the European Suzuki Association. Acceptance to the Teacher Training is subject to an audition video. Each level requires participation in three modules, coursework, to be completed between modules, and an exam. Please enquire regarding our scholarships. We welcome all qualifying violinists and cellists to join our growing community and share the beauty of music and heart with the children of South Africa.  (See the Teacher Training Rules below for complete information)

  Benefits of studying the Suzuki Method
